Rasberry Iced Tea

Raspberry Iced Tea

Ingredients

  1. 3 cups fresh raspberries
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1/4 cup lime juice
  4. 2 black tea bags
  5. 1 bottle (1 liter) carbonated water or 1 bottle (750 milliliters) sparkling rose wine
  6. Ice cubes
  7. Fresh raspberries



Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the raspberries, sugar, and lime juice. Mash berries to release the sweet juice. Cook over medium heat until berries release juices. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  1. Remove from the heat and add tea bags*. Cover and steep for 20 minutes. Strain, discarding tea bags and raspberry seeds. Transfer tea to a 2-qt. pitcher. Cover and refrigerate until cold.
  1. Just before serving, slowly add seltzer water or a wine of your choice. Serve over ice. Top with raspberries.*

Hibiscus Iced Tea

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup water
  2. 5 dried hibiscus flowers or 1 teaspoon crushed dried hibiscus flowers
  3. Ice cubes

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from the heat.
  2. Add hibiscus flowers and let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Strain tea. Serve in chilled glasses over ice.
  4. Add sugar or sweetener as desired.

Masala Chai

Masala Chai Tea

Ingredients

  1. 1 bag of Masala Chai Premium Blend Tea*
  2. ⅓ cup 2% milk (for vegan, use 1 ⅓ cups oat milk or soy milk and omit the water)
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1 bag black tea* (or 1 teaspoon loose leaf black tea in a tea strainer)
  5. 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (or honey, agave syrup or simple syrup)*

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Once it just starts to boil, remove it from the heat and rest 1 minute.
  3. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into 1 large mug or 2 small mugs.
