Rasberry Iced Tea

Cold Brew
Raspberry Iced Tea
Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 black tea bags
- 1 bottle (1 liter) carbonated water or 1 bottle (750 milliliters) sparkling rose wine
- Ice cubes
- Fresh raspberries
Directions
- In a large saucepan, combine the raspberries, sugar, and lime juice. Mash berries to release the sweet juice. Cook over medium heat until berries release juices. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and add tea bags*. Cover and steep for 20 minutes. Strain, discarding tea bags and raspberry seeds. Transfer tea to a 2-qt. pitcher. Cover and refrigerate until cold.
- Just before serving, slowly add seltzer water or a wine of your choice. Serve over ice. Top with raspberries.*

Hibiscus Iced Tea
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 5 dried hibiscus flowers or 1 teaspoon crushed dried hibiscus flowers
- Ice cubes
Directions
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from the heat.
- Add hibiscus flowers and let stand 5 minutes.
- Strain tea. Serve in chilled glasses over ice.
- Add sugar or sweetener as desired.

Masala Chai

Masala Chai Tea
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Masala Chai Premium Blend Tea*
- ⅓ cup 2% milk (for vegan, use 1 ⅓ cups oat milk or soy milk and omit the water)
- 1 cup water
- 1 bag black tea* (or 1 teaspoon loose leaf black tea in a tea strainer)
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (or honey, agave syrup or simple syrup)*
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Once it just starts to boil, remove it from the heat and rest 1 minute.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer into 1 large mug or 2 small mugs.
