We understand you are excited to receive your products soon, so we just wanted to let you know a few things to bear in mind when placing any pre-orders.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PRE-ORDERS
These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders (“Pre-Order”) with Optamia or the Pre-orders (as defined below). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
- PRE-ORDER REGISTRATION
When placing a pre-Order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Optamia shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to email@example.com
While we do not anticipate that the actual Pre-Order Product will vary from the product images displayed, please bear in mind that the final product may differ slightly than the one illustrated here. For example, the free sleeve in our product images appears gray in nature but the final product you receive may be black or white.
You will be charged at the time of placing the order. Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your express agreement Optamia charging of your provided payment method at such time. Once you place your order, your order is final, noncancelable and nonrefundable, except as specified in these terms and the applicable terms of sale.
The expected shipping date for Pre-Order Products will be clearly noted on each Product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. This date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Optamia does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Optamia is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays.
We aim to ship the pre-ordered products within 1-3 days of receiving them from our manufacturer. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by Optamia. Shipments will be made Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.
Your purchase of the pre-ordered Product will be subject to these Terms and Conditions, The Terms and Conditions of this website and the Refund Policy posted on this website.
